About Barb Trimble

I am the owner of Trimble Photography.  That means I wear many hats but my favorite company hat is photographer.  Photography encompasses so many different areas but I specialize in action sport photography and high school senior portraits.  The two areas go so well together for me.  They allow me to be creative in different ways

I love running.  It is my escape from everything.  I have completed one full marathon and would love to eventually run another one.  Finding the train for one right now is difficult so sticking with smaller races.  Though I really do love just going out and running without a watch.  To me it is more about the run and not about training for a specific time.  Distance comes second followed by speed.  As weather or time does not always allow me to run then a good book is my next choice.  Getting lost in some other world is just the break I need at times.

My husband and I have made our home in Liberty Township, OH for over 9 years.  We added Chloe to our family just last year.  She is our dog that makes an appearance on the blog from time to time.  She lets me photograph her without complaint which makes my husband very happy.  No longer does he have to endure being the focus of my camera around the house.

The blog is a way for me to show my work quickly.  To be honest, I do not update the company website as frequently as I should.  While I am not great with words I do try to share a little about the images I show.  Every once in awhile I throw in a personal post.  Not one to share my personal life with people I do not know, those posts tend to be the ones that take the longest to produce.
