I had the pleasure of photographing Stephen for his high school senior portraits. Since Stephen played on the football team his free time was very limited so we waited until after the season for his session. Since he wanted both indoor and outdoor images we met early on a Sunday morning to start the session. I like to get the indoor images done first since they tend to be more formal.
No dodging of trains was necessary for this image, which was a good thing.
We managed to find some color and fallen leaves.
On the day of the initial session, the football field gates were locked. Normally they are open so people can use the track surrounding the field. We met up again on a Saturday morning to take a few more images on the field. I did get permission ahead of time and verified the gates would be unlocked early enough for us.
