Some JV football between Oak Hills and Lakota West. A daytime game which means lighting is normally not a problem but it decided it wanted to spit rain. Just every once in awhile. Enough to make me use my rain gear. In between the short rain sprinkles there was sun. When I got to the stadium I noticed that the scoreboard was on but the time was not showing. I knew I relied on the clock at times during the game but I never realized how much until it was not there. If I was lucky, I was close enough to hear a ref tell the coach how much time was left. I would imagine it was a little tougher to coach without always knowing how much time was left in each quarter. Below are images from the game.
The refs before the start of the game setting their watches since the time would be kept on the field.
